Job title: Project Manager – Residential Development & Construction
Job description: An excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager from a High Rise Residential Development & Construction background to join a leading premium Developer in the West End of the GTA as they embark on a series of new projects.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and leading meetings with consultants
- Maintenance of the project budget and schedule
- Obtaining necessary permits at the relevant stage of the construction cycle
- RFI/Change order Management
- Performing regular site visits and inspection of work
- Ensuring successful delivery of units to customers

Working for a premium High Rise Residential Developer in the West End of the GTAExcellent pipeline of projects
The successful Project Manager will demonstrate:
- Experience managing high rise residential projects in the GTA and understanding of the whole cycle
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant construction discipline
- Excellent communication style and ability to work with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to interpret and work with drawings and technical documents
A premium Residential Developer based in the West-End of the GTA who have been operating in this market for 50 years+. Due to continued success and a number of new High Rise Communities in Development, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team.
