As the Director of Finance, here’s what you will do:

• Act as the central coordinating point across the finance and accounting teams team for planning, capital markets activities, company reporting, and close
• Serve as a strategic and financial advisor to the CFO
• Build and manage Buyerlink’s long term financial model that is used as a basis for our strategic planning and communications
• Drive consolidation of revenues and expenses. Work cross functionally to build financial forecasts across all financial statements, equity, tax, and share count
• Lead Buyerlink’s recurring quarterly processes – close, reforecasting, reporting, planning, etc
• Assist with earnings and M&A activities
• Prepare financial models, flux analysis, management presentations, industry trend analysis
• Create efficiency across core finance processes through automation, simplification, and coordination
• Analyze business risks and opportunities, and make recommendations as they affect the financial results of the business

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in finance or related functions
• Public company corporate finance/FP&A experience
• Excellent communication skills in addressing multiple constituents
• Strong appreciation and focus on data-driven decision making
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minimum of 7 years of experience with strong financial background
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to think strategically, solve problems, and implement solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment
• Diplomacy, discretion, confidentiality, versatility, and reliability are critical
• Must be flexible with the ability to multitask and work well as part of a team.
