Our client is searching for an Administrative Clerk to join their team located in Laval, QC.

Responsibilities

The ideal administrative clerk will provide outstanding service as well as a seamless and friendly experience to all customers.

This includes answering any questions related to website use, placing orders, availability, programs, returns, shipping policies and processes.

• Answer all customer related inquiries via telephone and email
• Ensure phenomenal customer satisfaction
• Responsible for using appropriate templates on e-mails and phone calls
• Offers alternative product choices and options when needed, up-sells additional products whenever possible
• Document every call, chat and e-mail and input into the Order Management System
• Effectively use the Customer Service Communication platform to manage day-to-day processes
• Assigns appropriate contact reason code to every case
• Support the e-commerce fulfillment center in order to manage orders
• Collaborate with the Manager/Team Lead and inform them of any concerns from customers

Qualifications

• Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience with Direct Billing/Accounts Receivables is an asset
• Ability to work in a flexible schedule
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic (required)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to multiple systems
