We currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator at our Richardson Pioneer Divisional Office located in Richardson, SK. As an Administrative Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the divisional office team as well as contribute to the overall experience of our Richardson Pioneer locations.
Responsibilities:
IFS team support, processing invoices, monthly reports and asset documentation completion
Assist with preparation of annual budgets and re-forecasts during the year
Support marketing team initiatives such as trade show organization and various sponsorships
Compile monthly projects spending reports and budget report summary’s
Perform administrative, operational and general office duties
Process accounts receivable/accounts payable
Prepare communication materials
Administrative support to Divisional Office team
Qualifications:
Possess an Administrative Certificate/Diploma, or equivalent experience in an administrative role
Knowledge of bookkeeping, data entry experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Excellent organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail
An agriculture background is considered an asset
