Job description: S.i. Systems banking client is currently looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to work on the upgrade of several retail banking applications from On premise to Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. – 37202
6 months to start, strong possibility of extension. 100% remote, Vancouver preferred.
Must Have:
- 7+ Years’ experience in IT Project Management delivery within Financial Services working Banking Systems
- Understanding of software hosting platforms (virtual machines, cloud platforms, Java servers, Unix OS, etc.)
- Experience in migrating web applications and database back ends from on premise to Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with both JIRA and Confluence
- Project Management accreditation (PMP, SCRUM Master)
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Good technical background in system architecture and design
Specialization and Skills: Project Management Project Manager – IT 8 – 10 years
