Insights Analyst – Contract (10 months)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Insights Analyst – Contract (10 month), are to:

Lead analyses and Insights development for assigned brand areas. This role reports to the Director of Commercial Insights and Analytics within Bayer Canada.

• Plans, designs and executes primary research projects that provide commercial insights and facilitate decision making.
• Preparation of secondary research reports and metrics for Commercial teams to track and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
• Liases with Global Marketing Research colleagues to align local initiatives and leverage where possible.
• Delivers high quality market and product assessment with marketing implications for the brand.
• Support the development of National and Provincial forecasts for assigned promoted brands, and new products as needed, to support Commercial partners.
• Ensures that projects and procedures are conducted in accordance with internal compliance policies.

• University degree in life sciences, business administration or commerce.
• 3 years pharmaceutical market research, secondary analysis and forecasting experience preferred
• Proven project management, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with IQVIA market data preferred
• Attention to detail, timelines and budget guidelines.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
• Strong team player, with superb interpersonal and communication skills.
