The Equipment Operator will be responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance of the facility and its machinery.

Your day-to-day activities depending on the season:

• Operating facility equipment including grain dryers
• Operating fertilizer equipment such as fertilizer blending and application of crop nutrients on client’s farms
• Assisting in the movement and proper storage of grain in a safe and efficient manner
• Accurate grading of grain as it comes through the facility
• Assisting in the delivery of fertilizer
• Maintenance of equipment and the elevator
• Supporting all facility operations as needed

The successful candidate should enter the position with the following qualifications:

• Experience in farm related crop production, ideally working in a grain elevator and with agricultural equipment
• Valid driver’s license an AZ and/or DZ is considered an asset
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and dusty environments
• Must be able to work at heights and lift 50 lbs, several times in a shift
