Job Description:
The Parts Manager position at Robertson Implements offers a dynamic environment of which you will be a key leader in meeting the high service levels our customers have come to expect from us. A normal week will have you managing the day-to-day operations of the parts department, controlling inventory levels, working closely with our service and sales teams, and leading the parts team to excel in customer service. It requires an ability work independently and as part of our store team.
Qualifications:
3+ years of Ag equipment parts experience
3+ years in a managing/supervisory role
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and handle the timeliness of customer needs
Proven ability to work with computer software systems and web-based parts catalogues
