Job description: Our client is looking for an Intermediate Microsoft Dynamics AX Developer to design, develop and document Code and Reports.
Initially 12-month contract with chances of extension. This is a part-time job with 70% of the capacity (25-28 hours/week). You can work anywhere in Canada.
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX development
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (R2/R3) and associated tools (LCS)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps Services
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, SQL Language and/or SSRS
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of SSIS/SSAS
Responsibilities:
- Implement business needs in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
- Design, Develop and Document Code and Reports following Specifications
- Support ERP Implementation team with design, functional understanding, development and technology related issues or questions
- Follow Up of KB Hotfixes on Microsoft LCS, Provide On-Going Maintenance and Code Merges
- Environments management (deploy environments using LCS and Tier3 VMs), system setup and administration, Backup, Refresh databases.
- Perform technical development, customization, Reports, Workflows, Entities
- Build and Release Management, Deploy models, Deployable Packages.
- Identifies and communicates any cross-area or cross-release issues that affect other project areas.
- Provide estimations for proposed solutions and deliver customizations by respecting the committed/estimated efforts.
Specialization and Skills: ERP MS Dynamics 5 – 7 years
