Job Description

• 5 years of experience in Finance as a Business Analyst.
• 5 Years of experience in analyzing rows of data and driving insights related to customers.
• 5 Years of experience in Microsoft Excel VLOOKUP s Pivots Formulas Macros etc.
• 2 Years of experience in Accounting such as IFRS CGAAP standards etc.
• Have good knowledge of Financial Reporting related to Insurance Industry.
• 2 Experience in month end closing process.
• 3 Years of experience in Oracle Apps Finance Modules such Accounts Payable AP General Ledger GL Cash Management CM Financial Accounting Hub FAH.
• Experience in writing basic queries in SQL Language for extracting data for analysis interfacing with business and finance customers to gather data and metrics requirements.
• Take requirements from client to handle change management Client SLA management.
• To work on Adhoc activities regular reports dashboard automation data quality check.
• Query handling and response on financial reporting.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Owning the design development and maintenance of ongoing metrics reports analyses dashboards etc to drive key business decisions.
• Ability to understand and organize complex ideas.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to assert themselves in meetings both internally and with clients

Required Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor’s Degree
• Years of experience – 4-5 years
