Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Administration in answering member queries, enacting membership holds, and providing general membership support
  • Provide administration support to the senior leaders
  • Assist in the training of all new Customer Service Representatives on proper customer service procedures
  • Ensures the front desk systems are followed, such as proper member check in, telephone inquiry, guest registration, cash handling, delinquent member accounts, account change requests, and travel passes
  • Assist with the creation of parking decals and invoicing for parking overages
  • Serves as liaison with the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure all front desk protocols are followed
  • Shares responsibility with the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure the cash received by the facility matches the terminal receipt
  • Provide exceptional leadership to the customer service team through leading by examples and building a positive team spirit
  • Educate and empower the customer service team to resolve customer concerns in the moment

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and influence people
  • Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience and administration
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and promoting client loyalty
  • Collaborative, enjoys helping others and being part of a team
