We require a Service Administrator for our Elmira location.What you will do:Setting, confirming and preparing for appointments with customersCommunicating frequently with Technicians and Parts Team to ensure timely completion of workConduct follow up calls with customers on quotes and services performedPreparing and processing service quotes and completed invoicesWhat you will need:Exceptional Organizational Skills and Great PersonalityExcellent Verbal, Written and Listening skillsExperience in warranty or agriculture will be considered an asset but not necessary – we will provide you with everything you need to succeed
