Job description:

  • Take charge of the task planning of the IT support team.
  • Take charge of maintaining the company’s infrastructure.
  • Provide excellent service to the various components of the IT team under his charge.
  • Ensure clear communication with the various stakeholders of the organization.
  • Ensure IT security.
  • Manage the various suppliers of IT equipment / services.
  • Fluent french (oral & written)
  • College diploma in computer science or equivalent.
  • 7 years of experience in IT technical roles, including 3 as team leader / director.
  • Excellent knowledge of network security elements (firewalls, proxies etc.).
  • Good knowledge of virtual environments.
  • Excellent skills of managing multiple tasks / responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Cobit management frame assets).
