Job Description

Here is the purpose of the Pre-Construction Manager position: * To take on a client-facing role that is responsible for maintaining a high-quality experience for our clients

• To be the organization’s subject matter expert in the area of new construction builds and be responsible for delivering our commitment of quality to our clients.

• Will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise during consulting engagements with new and existing clients

• Work alongside the project teams to identify gaps and recommend cost effective construction strategies to manage client risk and increase their understanding of the construction process

• Work alongside the senior leadership team to develop and deploy best construction practices and provide technical leadership to the project teams and their projects

Qualifications

Are you the right candidate? Here is how to tell. * You have over 20+ years of experience construction industry as a Project Manager or Site Superintendent leading complex construction management processes or projects

• You are looking to use your years of incredible construction experience to lead and mentor project teams to ensure every construction project is executed within the agreed upon project parameters

• You are looking to take on a client focued position to provide your unique expertise within the construction industry to ensure a successful project execution between Bassi Construction and each client

• You are looking to join an organization that is not only customer service driven, but an organization that is constantly looking to evolve their construction methods. (No more Excel!!)

• You are passionate about QA/QC processes and would like to use your experience to ensure each project is delivered on time, on budget and exceeds the client’s expectations

• You have successfully drove down project costs using value engineering and are looking to continue achieving these successes within your career
