We are looking for a quality-focused, face-paced Executive Chef to lead a 150 seat upscale restaurant in Vancouver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistent, high quality and beautifully plated dishes
- Hiring, Training and supervision of the kitchen team
- Kitchen operation and all related culinary decisions
- Quality, cost control, purchasing, inventory control
- Organization and kitchen cleanliness
- Execution of all dining room, private dining and special event service
- Creation of the daily specials menu and special menus as required
- Excellent knowledge in Italian and west coast style cooking
Job Requirements/Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years’ freestanding restaurant senior management experience.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Serving It Right & FoodSafe Certifications.
