We are in a search for a full-time Project Manager to join our fast-growing Construction team in British Columbia. Scope of work

You will oversee coordinating the design and development of multiple construction projects from conception to completion. Prepare and establish project plans, manage, and control implementation processes, execute change orders, prepare project documentation, and evaluate and report progress from bid to close-out for multiple commercial construction projects.

Reporting directly to the management group, you will act as a client liaison and assist with business development and presenting project reports and material to investors, bankers and other stakeholders as required.

Requirements

• A university degree. Major in Civil Engineering and Project Management
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in the construction and development industry
• Must be highly tech-savvy & proficient in MS Office Excel and other MS Office software
• Ability to follow up with vendors and sub-contractors regularly
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas
