Job Duties:

· Assist manager in organizing, planning, implementing, and coordinating operations and strategies.

· Generate reports to provide regular feedback to the manager regarding quality, operational, and recommend corrective actions

· Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring employees.

· Coordinate with staff and customers to have feedback.

· Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.

· May perform other duties if required.

Skills & requirements

Education: High School.

Experience: 2-3 year of relevant experience.

Languages: English

Essential Skills: Working with others, Problem solving, Significant use of memory, Continuous learning.
