Responsibilities:
Oversee & direct the operation of two retail fuel locations in the city
Order inventory, maintain stock levels and act as vendor liaison
Coordinate delivery of fuel, monitor prices and ensure profitability
Maintain the highest level of safety and environmental standards
Lead and mentor all team members, conduct employee evaluations
Foster a positive and inclusive environment in the workplace

Qualifications:
A minimum of three years of management experience in a retail fuel environment is required to be considered for this position
A high school diploma is required, post-secondary education in a relevant field is preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven history of effective team-building, and mentorship
Experience in procurement and retail inventory management
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Strong computer and data entry skills
