Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services, this Administrative Support IV position will work under minimal supervision and require critical thinking and strong decision making skills. Strict confidentiality, attention to detail, positivity, creativity, flexibility and initiative must be demonstrated. The successful applicant will be required to prioritize competing demands which will include project and cross-coverage support with the administrative assistants for the regional pharmacy departments in the South Zone. Duties Include: Ownership and accountability for the South Zone Management SharePoint site, as well as ongoing maintenance Coordination and scheduling of committee meetings; this includes agenda and materials preparation, minute taking and distribution of all materials via SharePoint. Support for the Director as required. Financial data analysis. Actively participates in process improvement initiatives, committees, and projects. Clinical Data Analysis and compilation. Position Control tracking. Assists in setting and tracking of department objectives. Change Management statistics. Trouble shooting issues for management team/staff.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields. Additional Required Qualifications:

SharePoint experience is required. Advanced knowledge of computer technology and applications (including but not limited to MS Office suite). Excellent grammar and proof reading skills. Excels at time management with proficient organizational skills. Able to work under minimal supervision. Goal oriented and results driven. Demonstrates excellence and effectiveness in communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum 5 years administrative support experience is required. Preferred Qualifications:

2 years’ experience in a health care setting is preferred. Previous experience in process improvement processes and methodology is considered an asset. Medical Terminology training is preferred.
