Job Duties:
Adhere to strict standards of Panago Inc. outlined by head-office.
Recruit staff and oversee their training and give constructive feedbacks.
Oversee the marketing plans, sales forecast, and inventory controls.
Resolve customer complaints and deal with the any food safety/quality occurrence including recalls with supplier and head office.
Oversee the Saskatchewan health standards outlined by provincial health authority.
Responsible for overall store equipment maintenance, fire inspections and look after the licensing authorities to be in good standing.
Point of contact for the head office.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience as food service supervisor/manager.
Related post-secondary education is an asset.
Multitasking with focus on customer service.
Proficient in computer use, documentation and communication.
