Job description: We’ re looking for a full in office Executive Assistant in the agriculture and food industry.

Our client is an international agri-food business, committed to high quality agricultural commodities to suppliers and consumers across the world. The Executive Assistant will be a trusted partner and responsible for all of the administrative needs of the CEO.

Executive Assistant responsibilities:

  • Coordinates calendars, agendas, and schedules for the president
  • Manages and researches assigned project driven initiatives
  • Produces high quality reports and presentations
  • Organizes travel arrangements and calendar management
  • Maintains a well-organized environment to enable success with a high attention to detail
  • Works with minimal supervision
  • Builds relationships and communicates effectively with managers and stakeholders
  • Deals with correspondence and information with the utmost of confidentiality
  • Screens incoming calls and maintains the highest standards of professional integrity when representing the organization and the CEO.

The successful candidate has:

  • 5+ years’ experience in an Executive support role
  • Strong proficiency in using MS Office Suite and technology
  • Excellent communication, customer facing and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written skills with high standards of literacy
  • Ability to work independently in collaboration with the CEO, and follow direction
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure
  • Adaptable to the changing priorities and needs of the executive
  • Ability to work in office

Compensation and benefits:

  • The discussed salary range is $65, 000– $80, 000 depending on experience
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
  • Comprehensive employer paid benefits package
  • 3 weeks holidays
  • Bonus
