Title: Logistics Manager (Regional Level)
Salary: Up to $90K (Negotiable)
Location: Brampton, ON
Status: Full-Time / Permanent

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Negotiating procurement inbound and outbound needs
• Manage Freight procurement, RFQs, negotiations and service delivery
• Liasing with service providers, movement of storage goods, resolving issues, shipment
• Implement transportationand logistics initiatives
• Keeping track of KPI’s and performance indicators
• Creating relationships with suppliers, transportation carriers, customers and third- pary logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree is a preference
• Supply Chain / Logistics professional designation is an asset
• Advanced in Excel and experience with an ERP/TMS (JDE) system
• Extensive experience in negotiating with carrier bases in truckload (flatbed and van), intermodal, and rail
• Must have 5+ years experience working in Logistics or working as a Logistics Manager
