Job description: Wage rate: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour for 37.5hrs overtime will be paid after 40.00 hours
Minimum Education: Completion of High School
Experience: 1 – 2years of experience in accounting required.
Languages: Knowledge of English in speaking, reading, and writing is required
Job Duties:
Greet visitors and provide general support
Answer and direct telephone and electronic enquiries
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings of the employer
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Order office supplies
Develop and maintain a filing system
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other organizations
Knowledge of methods and software necessary to accomplish assigned work
Knowledge of administrative, coordination and critical thinking skills
Work conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive, attention to detail, tight deadlines, fast-paced environment.
Benefits: 4% Vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid.
