RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing inbound and outbound order coordination
– Tracking shipments
– Overseeing inventory and handling discrepancies
– Meeting KPIS for clients
– Verifying documentation and problems solving
– Working closely with customer service teams to meet delivery standards
– Doing various tasks as related to supply chain, logistics and inventory coordination
-Supporting stock coordinators
-Processing changes to the source or destination of products
-Verifying product characteristics
-Moving products in the warehouse
-Updating weight and volume data
-Processing returns
-Inspecting and reporting damaged or expired products
-Participating in various projects
-Overseeing product locations and areas
-Investigating shipping and receiving discrepancies

– Responsible for receipt of customer orders through EDI
and ASN process after shipment leaves.
– In Charge of maintenance of all open orders
– To Prepare shipping documents.
– Liason with different departments to provide feedback to customers on stock availability,
delivery status and ETA
– In charge of Label Room Inventory. Issuance to production lines, and return back to stock of
unused material after production run.
– Advise of low inventory items and make purchasing recommendations.
– Able to perform cycle counts of finished goods and assist with reconciliation of variances.
– Schedule pick up of incoming raw material and assist with scheduling of shipments of customer
orders.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:

– Someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty
– 2 to 5 years of experience in inventory, supply chain or logistics
– Excellent English and French communication skills oral and written
– Education within a relevant field is considered an asset
– Strong MS Office skills especially Excel and good with numbers
– Organized, strong attention to detail, resourceful, problem solver and enjoys a fast-paced environment
– Experience and processing of high volume of orders from Major Retailers
– Must have strong organizational, interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously.
