What you get to do every day

– Process Payments

– Oversee and update customer files to ensure data consistency

– Ensure bankruptcy filings are processed in the correct manner when received

– Act as a company representative in upholding quality customer service and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries

– Administer all billing and reporting activities in response to deadlines

– Locate delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. skip-tracing, phone contact, written correspondence, and make arrangements for payment

– Comply with all rules and regulations established by the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act

– Control inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence

– Catalog all customer payments to the correct reports

– Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

– Ability to analyze customer accounts and make decisions based on those analyses

– AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred

– Prior experience working with accounting software

– 5+ years of prior high volume collections experience

– Solid understanding of B2B collections

– Proficiency in Sage Intacct

– Command of Collections
