The company is looking for an assistant in transport logistics to complete its team

Your responsibilities are:
- Ensure the updates of the files related to exportation activities
- Verify the status of the orders and the expedition dates
- Resolve all transport problems in case of shipping delay and unloading
- Enter all the new orders in the production calendar
- To sorte and print the expedition label. validate and updat.
- Call all clients and organize the delivery dates
- To prepare all documents related to custom procedures
- To offer an excellent and professional customer service
- To work in collaboration with the production department
- To manage the inventory
- To prepare the invoicing ( transportation fees, customs etc…)
- All other tasks asked by your superviso
Requirements and qualifications needed:
- Have 3 to 5 years appropriate experience
- Must be fully bilingual, french/english
- Must be very knowledgable on the import and export custom procedures
- Able to work under pressure and with short deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills, dynamic and attentive to details
- Must show initiative and autonomy
Must be able to multi tasks
