We are looking for engaging Restaurant Managers to grow our bar team. At Earls, our Restaurant Managers not only take pride in the quality of product and service they provide but have a natural passion for people. They understand the balance between taking their work seriously, and not themselves.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bussers.
- Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations, from opening to closing.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver top-notch service and uphold our standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely food service.
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring it meets our standards.
- Assist in scheduling and staffing, optimizing team performance.
- Implement restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory and assist with orders to maintain adequate supplies.
What we need from you:
- 1 year serving or creating drinks in a high-volume setting.
- Knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer.
- A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
- A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
- The ability to legally work in Canada.
