We provide financial solutions to small businesses in a multitude of industries all across North America. Since opening our doors in 2007 we’ve developed a strong team of individuals focused on customer success and a dynamic team of go-getters focused on growth.

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team! Our search includes candidates with a strong foundation in IT management and a familiarity with Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT administration, or similar, along with a working knowledge of Salesforce platform administration being a huge plus.

Your day-to-day as our new IT Administrator would look a little something like this:

• Technical support
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Salesforce administration
• Overall assistance in maintaining the office’s IT infrastructure

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT administration
• Proficiency in managing IT systems, networks, and servers
• Hardware troubleshooting ability
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Salesforce Administrator experience (preferred but not required)
