Registered Psychotherapist or Social Worker

Cambridge, ON

Independent Contractor

TELUS Health is looking to collaborate with registered mental health professionals interested in supporting referrals on a contract basis for our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP).

What you will do:

Provide short-term counselling to a diverse set of clients dealing with various issues, within the terms and conditions of the client’s EAP;

Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by TELUS Health’s clinical models.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work;

Full membership with OCSWSSW or CRPO, with valid professional liability insurance;

A professional office space with ability to provide in person services

Five (5) years of post-graduate counselling experience;

Ability to set short term objectives and use a solution focused approach;

Ability to clinically manage high-risk cases;

Good knowledge of community resources.
