Earn a competitive wage and commission while you sell high-end Outsourced IT services. You are expected to reach out and build new relationships with local C-level executives and owners of small to mid-sized businesses including law firms, CPA firms, engineering firms, construction, and not-for-profit organizations in a competitive market.
This position is primarily based on prospecting including networking, cold calling, building warm contact, presenting solutions, negotiating deals and closing new business accounts. The person we select will be provided with all the tools needed to follow a proven roadmap to success.

This position is primarily based on prospecting and working with incoming leads from dialers and online marketing to close new accounts. The person we select will be provided with all the tools needed to follow a proven roadmap to success.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and follow “The CompuVision Way”. This is our set of people, process and technology that produces a predictable result for the customer. You must be aware of and maintain our standards, understanding that it is a living guide. Always updating and always changing based on the influence from our team.
- Initiate contact with prospects which have been generated by center of influence, marketing, dialers, referrals or a partner company.
- Work with prospects and partner sales teams to develop an understanding of customer needs. Translate those needs into product requirements which satisfy their demands, based on CompuVision capabilities.
- Ensure potential clients are qualified and scoped according to CompuVision ideal client guidelines. Work with other CompuVision resource to overcome problems, where possible.
- Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations.
- Work to ensure we are communicating with and presenting to the right staff for each opportunity. Ensure we know who the decision maker is and that CompuVision can control the sales process.
- Log all prospective clients in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- All opportunities in the CRM should follow the CompuVision Sales Process and notes should reflect the status of each deal.
- Conduct onsite or online presentations that showcase the services and products of the company to prospects.
- Conduct Office Tours to showcase the CompuVision services wherever possible.
- Develop proposals or quotes for all prospects as needed.
- Update CompuVision team on active, and closed business and ensure a proper forecasting and hand off to onboarding team.
- Understand the prospect budget and decision-making cycles.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of technology products and services applicable to the client base, including hardware, software and CompuVision services.
- Use only approved marketing branded material when communicating with prospects

- Must demonstrate the ability to build and manage relationships with clients (internal and external) through consistent and proactive communications. This is most effective by acting responsive and being reliable to client needs.
- Must work with both vendors, partners and prospects to understand the needs or pain of the prospect, then recommend the right solution at the right price.
- Must demonstrate the ability to successfully sell and validate revenue opportunities with an “IT solutions” approach to selling.
- Must be able to identify and assess a prospect’s business goals, needs and perceptions.
- Have 1-3 years relevant technical experience is required.
- Strong organizational, time management, presentation and customer service skills.
- Must possess a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and appropriate business-class insurance.
- Business to business sales experience
- Experience prospecting, networking and building a new business sales pipeline
- Experience with Linked-In Sales Navigator
- Experience with Dynamics CRM, HubSpot or other CRM tools
- Experience with Microsoft Office
