Location: Downtown Toronto (Bathurst and College)
Job Type: 3-month contract, 1x/week (Tuesdays preferred)
Start Date: ASAP
Our exciting client in the Real-Estate Space is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support their office. Please note, this is a 1x/week opportunity to start (Tuesdays preferred) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
– Data Entry
– Updating CRM
– Light bookkeeping using Excel or QuickBooks
– Basic support with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
– Post-secondary training/ education in a business or Administrative Assistant program
– Excellent MS Office Skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
– Attention to detail
– Strong communication skills
– At least 2-3 years of experience in a professional office environment (legal or financial services industry experience/education an asset)
