YOUR CHALLENGE
You are an integral part of providing the expertise and service benefiting our customers. As a Shipping Clerk, here are some of the tasks you will perform daily:
- Manage the shipment of all outgoing products, materials, and supplies.
- Collaborate and communicate with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment of products.
- Track, trace, and update the status of outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
- Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
- Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
- Provide additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in shipping/receiving environment;
- Knowledge of Office 365 (most importantly Word and Excel)
- English and French language mastery (spoken and written);
- Scanning and sorting outgoing stock
- Pulling, packing, and loading
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Able to work independently and within a team
