Job title: Project Director
Job description: The Project Director will work alongside the Senior Leadership team to execute ICI construction projects while organizing logistics, delegating work, and ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects.
- Negotiate with vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to secure optimal services and approvals.
- Expedite overall office administration processes to streamline project workflows.
- Foster positive relations with staff, partners, and regulatory authorities, particularly in the Niagara region.
- Conduct sales presentations to secure new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Acquire all necessary project approvals, permits, and agreements, leveraging excellent relationships with local authorities.
- Utilize project management software, including Microsoft Project, Procore, and other relevant tools, to effectively manage project timelines and resources.

Competitive Base Pay & Profit Sharing|Lead and Develop a Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in executive team management and project leadership roles within the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Procore.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of LEED projects and industry trends is advantageous
- OGCA Gold Seal Certified Project Manager, an asset.
- Relevant industry awards and certifications are a plus.
- Preference for candidates living in, or within a reasonable commute to Niagara.
