Role:

Our Client is currently seeking a 500310 IT Deployment Technician (Contract) in Vancouver, BC (Remote work) starting on or around March 15, 2021 for a 2-3 months contract. The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ in a corporate IT environment as a deployment technician with exceptional time management and organization skills. Experience troubleshooting iPhone OS (Settings, Applications) and MDM / Intune enrollment on iPhone devices would be a strong asset.

All candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Requirements (Nice to Have):

• 2 years experience in a corporate IT environment.
• Strong experience providing technical support to remote users over the phone.
• Experience with troubleshooting mobile operating systems specifically iPhone OS.
• Experience with backup and restore functions on iPhone.
• Experience with MDM/Intune enrollment on iPhone devices would be a great asset.
• Have excellent customer service skills in a corporate environment.
• Have excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Active industry certifications would be an asset
