Job description: As an Administrative Assistant for our Customer Services team, you will provide general office support for the area by performing a variety of administrative, general and specialized duties including clerical, reception and record management. This position is permanent part-time, with approximately 2.5 – 3 days per week (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm).
Qualified applicants will possess:
– Grade 12 or equivalent.
– Recognized Office Administration Certificate*.
– Two (2) years secretarial work experience utilizing computer based software including word processing, spreadsheet, scheduling, database and presentation applications within a window based operating environment.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
– High attention to detail with a focus on customer service.
*Note: Candidates without a Recognized Office Administration Certificate may be considered if they possess four (4) or more years of related experience.
