ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, Part-time (SASKATOON)

– Reception support, respond to enquiries and provide general information regarding the company and services.
– Administer client accounts and files.
– Create new account files, prepare new client, documentation and diarize activities.
– Administer purchase and redemptions of mutual funds.
– Maintain an up to date and accurate client database.
– Website and newsletter maintenance.
– General office duties.
Desired Traits:
– Highly organized and detail oriented. Strong multitasking, planning and coordinating skills.
– Motivated and creative with an ability to work independently.
– Strong work ethic and time management skills.
– Business professional with a team player attitude.
Education:
– Office Administration Certificate, Business Diploma, ideally in Financial Services would be a strong asset.
– Related training in mutual funds, securities and financial planning is an asset.
Experience:
– 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a financial setting.
