Job description: Central Energy Services is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our team!
Central Energy Services, located in Gull Lake, Saskatchewan, is one of southwest Saskatchewan’s leading oilfield service companies. We provide a large inventory of equipment for oilfield services and safety, including: crew/picker trucks, mobile steamers, pressure trucks, boilers, vac-truck units, chemical and pressure testing units, fresh water trucks, safety trailers and supervisor vehicles. We are also able to provide aggregate sales and excavation equipment. Responsibilities:
Simply Accounting-
Process A/R, Invoice preparation and
submission to customer
OpenInvoice
Payroll preparation and submission
Organize, maintain and coordinate
office records
Inventory upkeep using Inflow inventory
system
Other support activities to assist the
current Office Administrator
Qualifications:
Previous knowledge of Simply Accounting
(preferred but will train the right
person)
Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel
and Word)
Knowledge of ADP Team Pay, Open Invoice
(Willing to train the right
person)
Organization skills, a willingness to
learn, take directions and complete
tasks
Salary:
To be determined based on experience.

This is a part-time/ Casual position to start immediately
