Job description: ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR – CONSTRUCTION Under the authority of the President and in close collaboration with the administrative director and the foreman, the position of coordinator is responsible for all aspects of contract management in the administration.
The person sought must love and know the construction industry well.
More precisely, the person sought must be:
– Conscientious;
– Rigorous in the follow-ups;
– Ability to manage multiple requests – simultaneous project;
– Constant in the methods and in the quality of the work carried out;
– Ability to adapt with employees;
The main tasks of the position consist of:
Keep all the information necessary for the documentary management of contracts up to date (CCQ, CNESST site opening, subcontractor compliance document, contract termination, etc.);
Creation of physical and digital contract files;
Maintain the list of current and future contracts;
Transmit information to customers from submission to site opening and respond to their requests;
Management of emails related to requests from customers, suppliers and other stakeholders;
Printing of plans and adjustment of estimates in Acomba;
Plan and participate in meetings and prepare minutes;
Management and verification of employee hours in projects with weekly monitoring to transmit to accounting;
Management of projects and equipment used in our contract management software (EMYX);
Verification of work orders and entered in the contract management software (EMYX);
Management of EMYX software including the information and data contained therein in order to monitor the profitability of contracts;
Knowing Emyx and Acomba will be a major asset.
