This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Health Link 811 contact center team. Reporting to the Manager, Information and Referral Operations Support the successful candidate will possess superior customer service skills as well as excellent listening and problem solving skills. The successful candidate will become part of a team that provides vaccine information over the phone to the public, healthcare professionals, and others inquiring about service access, booking vaccine appointments, clinic location, and general vaccine information. Your ability to multi-task and work in a busy, fast paced challenging environment is beneficial for this position.

As an Administrative Support II, you will require administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Additional Required Qualifications:
Experience providing excellent customer service. Strong customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively and work with confidential information. Strong computer skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume, dynamic environment. Good telephone etiquette with clear enunciation over the phone. Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a contact center or providing information and referral services is an asset.
