Job description: Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Care Manager, the Administrative Support III is responsible for managing the flow of information and providing clerical support to the staff and physicians at Radway CCC. Duties will include, but are not limited to Staffing (preparing schedules, replacing nursing staff and ensuring that all shifts are filled), Timekeeping (including preparing staff time sheets and entering time coding), support the coordination of care delivery through collaboration with other departments and services including appointment and transportation booking. Monitor staff requests and assist Manager with ensuring adequate staffing of the unit. Performs other clerical functions as required including word processing and formatting, recording, and transcribing meeting minutes. Anticipate, monitor and order supplies for the unit in the iProcurement system. As the Administrative Support III, you will be responsible for the efficient flow of communication between health professionals, departments, residents and families while maintaining confidentiality of resident information. You will also be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, which may include reception, greeting and directing visitors, residents and health professionals, maintaining resident records and charts, as well as scheduling resident tests and/or treatments.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Additional Required Qualifications:
Recent experience (within the last two years) working as Admin Support is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated organizational, communication, and conflict management skills. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to problem solve and work both independently and within a team environment. Ability to interact effectively with residents, families and multidisciplinary team members. Ability to prioritize work and effectively work with frequent interruption, noise, and nearby distractions. Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job such as standing, walking, stooping, reaching, lifting, and carrying during the shift. The Admin Support receives and put away supplies on a weekly basis. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with e-People Timekeeping, Connect Care and iProcurement is preferred.
