The Real Property Division (RPD), within the Ministry of Citizens’ Services, provides everything needed to manage the Province’s real estate portfolio, office space, furniture, and special-purpose facilities. RPD serves the needs of approximately 30,000 public servants in the British Columbia Public Service and many more in the broader public sector.
The Client Services Branch is a client-focused team, dedicated to Ministry, associated ministry, and broader public sector clients. The goal of Client Services is to assist clients in achieving their strategic program and service goals through dedicated account management efforts.
The Client Services Administrator provides administrative support to the work unit and assists with managing client accounts. The position is responsible for developing and filing approval documents for clients’ facilities operational projects as well as for verifying the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of information on these document, other projects, and all financial information within the systems used by Real Property Division.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent (e.g. British Columbia Adult Graduation Diploma/GED)
- Minimum two (2) years’ intermediate experiencein Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat, and other standard computer applications
- Minimum two(2) years’ experience working with and maintaining databases and filing systems, including data entry, running reports, conducting queries and producing financial documents.
- Minimum one (1)year experience handling multiple priorities concurrently in a customer service environment.
- Minimum one (1) year experience extracting data and producing reports using a computerized system, or in a computerized environment.
Preference may be given to applicants that have one or more of the following:
- Administrative experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Specific training inpublic administration, business administration, office administration, financial management, accounting, or equivalent.
