NV-04As a finance and general accounting agent, you help manage accounts in accordance with the organization’s objectives. You produce reports; perform audits, checks, inspections and financial simulations; and analyze financial risks, profits and losses. In addition to ensuring financial performance, you help plan and review budget processes. You help manage and monitor the organization’s accounting systems by collecting, processing and recording financial data to accurately reflect the organization’s economic activity. You participate in activities related to financial engineering, product and service pricing, financial market transactions and tax law analysis (including payroll).

You perform administrative tasks to support your unit’s day-to-day operations and help it achieve operational objectives and carry out initiatives in accordance with the detailed guidelines in place. The ability to drive results is therefore essential.

You respond to common administrative and operational questions. You handle requests for general information, tailoring your approach as needed.

Main Responsibilities

  • Help carry out the unit’s operational and administrative processes
  • Help analyze and produce reports and statistics
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data collection, entry, modification, compilation and coding
  • Conduct factual and operational research for team members and practitioners
  • Provide information about your line of business’s processes and procedures
  • Help prepare presentations and related documents

Other working conditions

  • Work location: Currently on regular telework due to the pandemic. Place of business Quebec or Montreal. The work mode applicable to the position is Flexible hybrid #LI-Hybrid
  • Temporary position: Expected end date: January 28, 2023
  • Number of job available : 1

Qualifications

  • Trade school diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
