Our client has an great opportunity for a few exceptional Agriculture Equipment Technicians/Heavy Duty AG Mechanics in Wainwright (shop positions)! Experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician will be considered too.

What makes the role exciting and what does it involve?

• Completing work in the shop, with the occasional field call if needed
• Working on a range of agriculture equipment
• Diagnostics, electrical work, general repairs, maintenance and pre-delivery inspections of equipment
• Pre-season inspections and updates to equipment
• Manufacture training
• Completing detailed notes on work orders and recommendations for additional work that should be considered for the equipment

What are we looking for?

• A Journeyperson Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician or Heavy Duty AG Mechanic would be preferred
• 5 or more years of experience working on heavy equipment
• Experience with agriculture equipment would be be preferred (including experience growing up or working on a farm)
• Someone who is a problem solver, finding solutions to complex repair or diagnostic challenges
• Proficient computer and electrical skills when it comes to diagnostics (CANBUS troubleshooting and using an Electronic Scan Tool)
