RoadSafetyBC is the lead provincial agency for road safety and is responsible for setting strategic direction and establishing a provincial approach to road safety throughout British Columbia. RoadSafetyBC regulates drivers and operates a number of programs to help regulate the safe and responsible operation of motor vehicles in B.C.
AsContract Evaluation Analyst, you will analyze and evaluate the performance of service providers within RoadSafetyBC’s Remedial Programs.You will ensure quality performance, contract compliance, and provide recommendations to Executive members for improvements. The Remedial Program has two major service providers: the Responsible Driver Program (an education and counselling program) and the Ignition Interlock Program (a driver monitoring program which, through the operation of an interlock device installed in drivers’ vehicles, ensures drivers do not drink and drive.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in analyzing and evaluating program performance.
- Minimum 1 year experience in program evaluation and applying performance management theories, principles, models and related systems/technologies in a work setting.
- Minimum 1 year procurement experience.
- Preference may be given to candidates with experience in contract management.
