What you will do:
- Relationship Management
- Governance administration & action item management
- Liaison between Managed Services provider and FBS and between FBS and internal customers
- Serve as point-of-contact for all stakeholders to raise an escalation for FBS service delivery related matters
- Oversee end-to-end process governance for requests and escalations defined and managed in ServiceNow and communicate regularly with business units and supporting them in preventing process deviations
- Be familiar with the different Business Units and different functions within Nutrien to better understand their requests
- Ensure customer experiences are consistent and outcome-focused by implementing best practice methodologies
- Identify trends & ensure customer satisfaction. Manage satisfaction survey
- Contract Management
- Contract SME and interpretation, compliance & deliverables and issue management
- Contract and contract change request administration
- Manage Contract library and GovernSmart
- Commercial Management
- Invoice management and reconciliation
- Validate Performance Credits and value assurance
- Forecasting
- Performance Management
- SLAs-KPIs-OLAs development & oversight
- Monitor and report against SLA, KPI, OLA and provide recommendations to leadership for changes
- Facilitate communications with service delivery teams to review performance metrics, address concerns and implement resolutions
- Triage and manage requests and trouble-shoot issues to close gaps in order to meet SLAs
- Risk Management
- Business Continuity Planning
- Oversee supplier audit
- Third party risk assessments
What you will bring:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field of study
- 3-5 years of experience
- Ability and comfort to speak, facilitate, and communicate with all corporate levels and teams, from staff to executive, internal customers, IT, and vendors in a global and multi-cultural environment
- Experience and ability to identify issues, find appropriate solutions, and engage appropriate resources at any level
- Experience and ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Extreme attention to detail
- Experience and ability to grasp and explain minute details of a long and complex document (i.e. contract and schedules)
- Experience and comfort with simple day to day maintenance (e.g. posting documents, uploading and downloading data, simple configuration) of a high-profile, high-stakes application
- Experience and ability to analyze and draw conclusions and actions from data (e.g. confirm compliance or identify non-compliance)
- Mid-to-expert Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, V-Lookups)
- Basic administrative and project management experience
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range $64,750 – $92,500 USD. This range is estimated for a Analyst, Finance Supplier & Contract Management in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
