Our client, a leader in the warehousing industry is looking for an AR/AP Accountant to join their team. This role reports to the CFO.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable functions including billing, journal entries, cash application & reconciliation

Accounts Payable functions including data entry, invoice processing, approvals & reconciliation

Respond to and resolve customer & vendor queries

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

University business degree or college diploma

3+ years of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable experience

Experience with MS Great Plains Dynamics would be an asset

Intermediate level MS Excel skills

Flexible, detail-oriented, accurate and able to prioritize to meet deadlines

Excellent interpersonal skills

Customer service oriented

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
