• Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of locations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to all company standards and policies.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of employees. Provide ongoing coaching and support to promote a positive and high-performing work environment.
• Financial Management: Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgets, sales targets, and cost control measures to achieve and exceed financial goals.
• Guest Experience: Uphold and enhance the brand by delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards, and addressing customer feedback promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Knowledge brand and operations is a plus.
