Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading a Top Performing Finance Department through grit, transparency and embedded urgency
  • Coach and mentor team on industry leading best practices
  • Coach team on how to overcome objections
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with lenders
  • Have strong working knowledge of all lender programs and guidelines to maximize all opportunities.
  • Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines.
  • Assist the sales department in completing the purchase of a vehicle
  • Customer Service focused
  • Be a driver of a performance driven team
  • Verify accuracy of all information on the credit application and submit to lender.
  • Analyze credit reports
  • Support accountability

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • 3 years’ experience in the Automotive business.
  • Embedded Urgency
  • Growth mindset, open to evolved strategies for success
  • Excellent understand of sales, finance and management.
  • Experience and working relationship with financial institutions.
  • Proven record for performance with set goals.
  • Ability to execute on action plans
  • Identify measures of performance and actions needed to improve or correct performance.
  • Efficient knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, e-mail software and use of the Internet.
  • Valid Driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
