Lightspeed is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Associate Partner Growth Manager to join our vibrant Partner Growth Team in NOAM. As a key player reporting directly to our Director of Partner Growth, you’ll take the reins in nurturing and expanding lucrative partnerships with our referral and reseller collaborators within a specific geographic territory.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around inspiring, educating, and fostering a spirit of collaboration among our partners, all with the goal of igniting fresh opportunities for Lightspeed. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on the excitement of selling technology-driven solutions through partner channels and embraces the fast-paced, high-energy world of inside sales.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in actively engaging with existing partners to bring in new customers to Lightspeed;
  • Assisting in developing, managing, qualifying leads submitted by partners, driving it towards the achievement of sales quotas within your designated territories;
  • Assisting in the management of daily reporting;
  • Assisting in providing insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting alongside Partner Growth Managers.
  • Fostering a robust two-way communication channel between our esteemed channel partners and Lightspeed;
  • Engaging in one-on-one calls with partner referrals, showcasing our offerings;
  • Ensuring that our partners’ referrals receive exceptional assistance;
  • Collaborating closely with our Partner Development team, sharing valuable feedback and market insights to obtain partners that refer our Ideal Partner Profiles;
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Sales Development and Account Executive teams to drive the achievement of industry and regional objectives.
  • Any ad hoc responsibilities deemed relevant by Partner Growth Managers to contribute to the team’s overall success.

What you need to bring:

  • 3-5 years of partnerships/B2B/channel experience (Software sales experience preferred)
  • Negotiating skills and experience in generating sales forecasts
  • Great understanding of the Partnership landscape; but always keeping in mind the needs of our customers and the market
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, group presentation skills
  • Energy and adaptability for a dynamic team
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment & a strong positive attitude
