Job description: Airline ground services company at the Nanaimo Airport is looking for part-time baggage handlers. Job consists of: unloading/loading aircraft of baggage and freight, marshalling, towing aircraft, lav servicing, aircraft interior cleaning. Employees must be able to drive baggage tugs, belt loaders and other ramp side equipment. Starting wage: $15.50/hr with steady rate increases. Extended health/dental and reduced flight passes on certain airlines available to qualified staff. Must enjoy working out doors in all types of weather and be able to lift up to 70lbs continously, plus be able to kneel,crawl and work in tight spaces. Having a valid drivers license a must.
